POLICIES & SERVICE AGREEMENTS

1. ORDER POLICY

All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Please ensure that your selected sizes, colours, quantities, and delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if processing or dispatch has already begun.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Customers should ensure that payments are completed through our approved payment channels. Orders with unconfirmed payments will not be processed.

3. DISPATCH & DELIVERY POLICY

Within Nigeria: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International orders: Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks after dispatch.

Order processing may require additional time before dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your Trygarwears purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact our customer support team with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

Requests for returns or exchanges should be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging, where applicable.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage caused by the customer, or alterations may not qualify for a return or exchange.

All requests will be reviewed individually. This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

5. REFUND POLICY

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the request and applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Where an item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a refund under applicable law, we will handle the request in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the applicable returns process may apply.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation rights available under applicable law.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information, and specifications are as accurate as possible.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.

If a product differs materially from its description, please contact our support team.

Trygarwears is committed to providing reliable and timely customer support.

1. General enquiries: We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.
2. Order updates: We aim to provide assistance within 1–2 business days.
3. Delivery concerns: We aim to acknowledge reported delivery issues within 1–2 business days.
4. Damaged or incorrect orders: We aim to review reported issues within 2–5 business days after receiving the necessary information.

These are target response and review times, not guaranteed resolution times. Complex cases may require additional time.

9. SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country, where permitted by law.

Trygarwears is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party courier services. However, customers may contact us for assistance in tracking delayed shipments.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect the privacy of our customers. Personal information provided during an order, including names, contact details, and delivery addresses, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Customer information will only be used or shared as permitted by applicable law, including where necessary to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, or meet legal obligations.
