Michael Agballah popularly known as Trygar Montana, is the founder of Trygarwears, a fashion brand growing into a marketplace for original clothing, sneakers and accessories. His story began in Enugu, Nigeria, where an early interest in art and personal style led him to see fashion as a way to turn ideas into something people could wear.

Michael entered university at 16, but his education was never limited to the classroom. He began selling sneakers, learning firsthand how much work goes into finding products people want, earning their trust and building a business from the ground up. As his interest in art developed, he started putting his own creative ideas onto clothing. That step became the foundation of Trygarwears.

Building a brand gave Michael a close view of the challenges independent sellers face. A talented designer might have a strong product but struggle to find customers. A shopper might discover a new brand but hesitate because they do not know what to expect from the purchase. Michael began thinking about how Trygarwears could help both sides: giving sellers a place to present their work and grow, while giving shoppers a more confident way to discover original fashion.

That thinking shaped his vision for the Trygarwears marketplace. The aim is to bring independent brands together in one fashion destination, with seller storefronts, clear product information and a protected checkout. Michael wants the platform to make room for ambitious businesses at different stages, from a creator selling a first collection to an established brand ready to reach more customers.

Alongside his work in fashion, Michael moved to the United Kingdom to study Electrical Power Engineering at Northumbria University. His engineering background influences the way he approaches Trygarwears: he looks beyond how a platform appears to the systems that make it useful and dependable. For him, the experience must work for the seller managing an order as well as the shopper placing one.

Michael’s ambition is rooted in the journey that brought him here, from selling sneakers and creating clothing to building a wider opportunity for others. Through Trygarwears, he hopes to give original fashion a bigger stage, raise the standard of trust in online shopping and help independent sellers build businesses that can go further.
